Change is the one constant in life. Just like the seasons, our lives move through their own natural rhythms. These cycles invite us, sometimes gently and sometimes forcefully to let go and leave behind what no longer serves us. We can interpret these endings as a sign of failure, but in truth they are a sign of growth. In times of major life transitions, it is especially vital to trust our inner knowing as we will likely encounter fear and self doubt that strongly discourage change. My coaching approach explores deeply ingrained patterns of belief that shape how we think and feel. By bringing awareness to these patterns we can loosen their hold and open a space where clarity and authentic action naturally emerge.

Energy Healing

Trauma and unresolved emotions are often stored in the body and can be difficult to access in talk therapy alone. Energy healing doesn’t rely on verbalization or cognitive processing and, therefore, bypasses the mind’s tendency to over-analyze, avoid or suppress difficult feelings that create barriers to healing. Experiences with a strong emotional or physical impact can leave an imprint in the cells and tissues. The imprint (called cellular memory) unconsciously shapes our behavior, emotional responses to situations, and can manifest as grief, fear, anxiety, anger, and physical pain. Trauma also affects our nervous system and we can get chronically locked into a state of fight or flight where the body and mind become conditioned to operate as if it is in constant threat. This can have profound long-term effects on our physical and emotional wellbeing. Having spent 4 decades training and working with energy healing modalities I have found energy work to be a powerful key to regulating the nervous system and returning it to a more coherent, calm and relaxed state. It is extremely effective in releasing trauma on a somatic and energetic level and restores a sense of physical, mental and emotional well-being, increased emotional resiliency and greater clarity.

Psilocybin Assisted Therapy

Psilocybin helps dissolve the rigid “ego” structures that keep us trapped in limiting patterns by temporarily quieting the brain’s default mode network (DMN)—the area linked to repetitive thinking and self-identification. By calming the DMN, psilocybin promotes greater cognitive flexibility, enhancing communication between different regions of the brain and allowing new neural pathways to form. This increased connectivity often leads to fresh insights, emotional breakthroughs, and a deeper sense of self-awareness and clarity. Many people describe experiencing a profound sense of compassion, self-acceptance, and forgiveness, creating space for meaningful healing and growth.
